1. Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from rent35, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The rental period, pricing, and equipment details are confirmed upon booking. A rental contract will be sent and must be signed before the rental begins.

2. Rental Package & Availability

• Equipment is rented only as a complete bundle—no individual components available.

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

3. Payment & Pricing

• First-time customers must pay the full amount in advance. Returning customers may qualify for flexible payment terms.

• Prices are listed excluding VAT and may be subject to additional charges.

• Late returns will be charged at twice the daily rental rate per delayed day.

4. Liability & Responsibility

• The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the moment of pickup until it is returned to our custody.

• Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately and may result in repair or replacement costs.

• The renter guarantees that they have the necessary knowledge to operate the equipment properly.

• Liability remains entirely on the production side during the rental period.

5. Insurance & Deposits

• Proof of production insurance of at least €120,000 is required.

• A security deposit may be necessary, refundable upon return of the equipment in proper condition.

6. Pickup, Return & Late Fees

• Equipment must be picked up and returned at the agreed times.

• Late returns will be charged at twice the daily rental rate per delayed day.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Technical Support

• We provide basic technical guidance but do not offer on-set support.

• Any issues should be reported immediately for assistance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
